The HARCA Best of Roofing Awards were created to celebrate the remarkable work happening every day across Houston’s roofing industry. From craftsmanship and innovation to integrity and service, these awards honor the contractors and partners who raise the bar for everyone.
Each year, HARCA members are nominated and recognized by their peers for the impact they make on roofs, in business, and throughout the community. It’s not just a plaque on the wall, it’s proof that your work stands out in a crowded field.
Winning a HARCA award builds more than pride. It brings lasting credibility, greater visibility with local customers, and respected recognition across the industry. Award recipients are spotlighted online, across social media, and at HARCA’s signature events.
Each year, HARCA honors several standout roofing projects and professionals across Houston. Whether your work stood out due to complexity, craftsmanship, innovation, or impact, you could be among this year’s winners.
Projects are evaluated by a selection committee of HARCA board members and industry professionals based on craftsmanship, complexity, materials, customer impact, and overall presentation.

To be considered for a HARCA Best of Roofing Award
The applying contractor must be a HARCA member in good standing.
Projects must be completed between January 1, 2025 and December 31, 2025.
The deadline to submit your application is February 16, 2026.
You may apply for multiple categories, but each project must be submitted on a separate application.

Include 5–15 high-resolution photos and/or relevant documents in a single .zip file.
Before and after photos are encouraged.
Do not include any company logos in the photos—entries with branded images will be disqualified.
Photos are essential, but they never tell the full story of a roofing project. That’s why your written description is just as critical to the judging process.
Help our judges fully understand the scope and complexity of your work by providing detailed answers to the following
Describe the entire system, including the products used, waterproofing methods, flashing details, and the full installation process.
Share details about how you procured, loaded, and installed the materials, and how the jobsite was managed.
Explain any logistical obstacles, safety concerns, client-imposed deadlines, or weather-related delays and how you overcame them.
Highlight what makes this job award-worthy. Think craftsmanship, innovation, impact, or overall complexity.
The more context and detail you include, the better the judges can evaluate what your photos alone may not show. Be specific, thorough, and proud of the work you’re sharing.
All entries are reviewed to ensure eligibility.
Projects are evaluated by recognized industry professionals.
Judges will score each project on craftsmanship, complexity, materials and methods used, client impact, and overall presentation.
Winners are selected based on the highest-ranking entries in each category.
Judging decisions are final, and individual scores will not be shared.
Failure to follow submission guidelines may result in disqualification.
